Mr. S P Kanwar is a graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. He has received intensive on the job training in various companies of the Raunaq Group and, over the years, worked in several departments with other senior professionals in the group.
A qualified corporate premier, he is his people's man, his customer's delight and his contemporary's envy.

| Mr. Srinivasan is the spinal cord of the company. His commitment to the customers and stakeholders of Bharat Gears is personified by his 27 year old association.
As the Corporate Business Head, he is at the centre of all Corporate Decision Making, Expansions, Initiatives and Futuristic Vision, that BGL is known for. After a decade long International experience in Manufacturing Systems and Industrial Engineering, he joined BGL as a Sr. Engineer and has moved all the way up to his current position, exemplifying single minded dedication for all his colleagues and subordinates to emulate.
Moving up the Corporate Ladder, he has added exceptional value to the corporate culture, business process and global practices at BGL. As if to count jewels in a crown, he holds Masters Degrees in Engineering and Management from US.

A life long at Bharat Gears, Mr. G M Kinnarkar, during his 31 years long association, has been instrumental in OEM Marketing initiatives. The Omni-presence of Bharat Gears Ltd products in majority of Automotive OE is significantly attributed to him.
As the Head of OEM Marketing, he has always Lead by example and has inspired a whole generation of Marketers at BGL, resultant of which is the brand acceptance and enviable reputation enjoyed by Bharat Gears Ltd among OEMs.

Mr. Sameer Kanwar injects a brand of youthful vibrancy in Bharat Gears that is poised to take it to the future envisioned by the founding heads. His fresh approach towards everyday challenges is nourishing the company in innumerable ways.
Mr. Sameer Kanwar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from York University, Canada. He subsequently received training in the areas of planning, finance and control at ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
He mixes and interacts with the Technocrats, Marketers, Strategists and Associates with exquisite élan, inspiring and breeding the next generation of leaders and associates at Bharat Gears Ltd. His responsibilities encompass overseeing Faridabad Operations as well as taking BGL's Make to new markets of our small planet.

Mr. S K Mittal brings over 31 years of Industry experience to Bharat Gears. He is responsible for the Faridabad Manufacturing Facilities of BGL.
A staunch Senior Manager, he excelled at managing materials before taking up present assignment. He has the leading force at the Faridabad facilities of BGL managing core business processes, procurement, Quality initiatives in Faridabad, besides bridging between various Business Units of BGL.
He possesses Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Materials Management.

Since 1991, during his 12 year old stint with Bharat Gears, Mr. Jagdeep Singh has been instrumental in developing and streamlining Domestic (Indian) and Global aftermarket for the BGL Brand of Gears and Transmission Components. A marketing guru in his own right, he excels at managing and strategizing for maximizing visibility and acceptability for Bharat Gears Products worldwide.
Possessing valuable prior International marketing experience in well known Indian corporate, Mr. Jagdeep Singh is responsible for the Aftermarket business in Bharat Gears Limited. A hands-on sales leader, he has a honors degree in Arts, almost as an afterthought

A Young Dynamic professional, Mr. Milind Pujari has been with Bharat Gears Ltd for 10 Years now and counting. He safeguards the company's assets (literally), manages the financial pulse and provides reliable and timely finance control to BGL. He is responsible for enforcing a reliable system of internal controls in the areas of general accounting, contracts, payroll, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
He ensures that Bharat Gears Ltd operates in accordance with state and federal General Administration policies and procedures.
He is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Chartered Accountant.

Mr. K K Deshpande knows Gear Technology like the back of his hand. As the Head of Business Development, he is at the core of Product Design, Development, Process Planning, and BGL's immaculate customer support.
His 21 years in Bharat Gears have witnessed the evolution as well as the revolution in Gear Manufacturing Technology at BGL and then some. A committed and dedicated Engineer at the heart, Gears take a shape at BGL with Mr. K K Deshpande
He holds Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Post- Graduate Diploma in Management Studies.
